Veronica Delgado is the founder of Founders Elevate Agency, an entrepreneur based in Dallas, Texas who believes business should create freedom—not limitations.
From a young age, Veronica always knew she wanted to build a business of her own, even though she didn’t yet know what industry it would be in. Over time, marketing naturally found its way into her life, and what began as helping businesses grow quickly turned into a true calling. She discovered that she loved helping entrepreneurs take their ideas and turn them into real, thriving brands.
In addition to running Founders Elevate, Veronica is also the owner of VY Notary & Financial Services, a nationwide signing service that supports title companies, attorneys, and real estate professionals across the United States. She is also a financial advisor, helping individuals and families build long-term financial security through strategic planning and protection.
Through her work across multiple industries, Veronica brings real-world entrepreneurial experience to the founders she works with. Her mission is to help business owners build strong brands, modern marketing systems, and scalable businesses that attract clients and create lasting growth.
Her work is guided by a few core values: integrity, honesty, and lifting others up. She believes the most successful businesses are built on strong relationships, trust, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
Life Outside The Business
For Veronica, entrepreneurship is about more than building successful businesses—it’s about creating freedom, pursuing passions, and designing a life filled with purpose and meaningful experiences. She believes everyone should have the opportunity to build a life that allows them to travel, explore new places, embrace new opportunities, and spend quality time with the people they love.
Outside of running Founders Elevate Agency, Veronica has a strong passion for health, fitness, and wellness. You’ll often find her at the gym, taking a Pilates class, traveling, discovering new places, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying time with her dog. Her passion for wellness has also led her to take on the role of Operations Manager at Body Pilates Studio, where she plays an integral part in building and growing the business, overseeing daily operations, and helping create a thriving community centered around movement and wellness.
With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for continuous growth, Veronica is always looking for new opportunities to learn, create, and make an impact. Her long-term vision is to grow Founders Elevate Agency into a leading marketing agency, partnering with businesses across a variety of industries—from health and wellness and Pilates studios to beauty, lifestyle, travel, and tourism.
Above all, she believes that true success isn't just measured by professional accomplishments, but by the freedom to live intentionally, pursue what you love, and enjoy the journey along the way.
